Steven M. Bush

Attorney Steven Bush has always had a leaning toward entrepreneurship. However, it was while working as a Certified Indoor Environmentalist in New Orleans during the Hurricane Katrina Recovery Effort that he became aware of the tactics used by the insurance companies to avoid paying policyholders what they were due. During this time, he also became aware of how little policyholders knew about their rights under the terms of the insurance policy.

 F. Todd Frederick

A decorated US Navy Veteran, Attorney Frederick earned a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Columbia College before going on to attain a Juris Doctor from Florida Coastal School of Law. While at law school, Todd worked in the school’s Family Law Clinic, representing clients in divorces, modifications, mediations, paternity, adoptions, and expungements under the supervision of a Florida Licensed Attorney.

Sheldon C. Worrell

Sheldon C. “Donnie” Worrell graduated with a B.A. in Political Science from Christopher Newport University and from University of Richmond, T.C. Williams School of Law.  Prior to law school, Donnie had the privilege of clerking for the General Assembly of Virginia and is a proud member of the Federalist Society. Attorney Worrell is licensed to practice law in Virginia and Florida, and has prior practice experience in Virginia focusing on Criminal Defense and Personal Injury with The Cooper Law Firm, P.C.

William “Trey” Flourney

Mr. William L. (“Trey”) Flournoy grew up in the Tallahassee, Florida area. Trey attended Culver-Stockton College in Missouri where he played football. Trey concentrated his studies in criminal justice and received a bachelor’s degree. After college, Trey moved to Jacksonville, FL and attended Florida Coastal School of Law where he graduated in the top 20 percent of his class.

Al Mollo

Albert “Al” Mollo graduated with a B.A. in Political Science from the University of Arizona and Juris Doctorate from St. John’s University School of Law.  After passing the New York and New Jersey bar exams, Al began his legal career with a New York-based international defense firm. Representing global insurance carriers offered a unique professional perspective and provides a significant strategic advantage as he now fights for policyholders.

Matthew Brown

Attorney Matthew S. Brown handles litigation cases in Florida, Georgia, Texas, and Tennessee. Mr. Brown graduated Summa Cum Laude with a BBA in Business from Georgia State University and graduated with a Doctor of Jurisprudence from West Virginia University College of Law. “Matt” worked for national, state, and local insurance defense before owning and operating his own defense litigation firm. Mr. Brown now brings his experience and expertise to The Bush Law Group to help policyholders attain fair property insurance settlements. 

Katie Dupries

Katie Dupries is the Office Manager for The Bush Law Group, PA. Katie brings over 10 years of administrative experience in Office Management, Human Resources, and Accounting. She assists in the development and implementation of firm policies and procedures; manages and oversees the administration of every client, programs and practices within the firm; she maintains accounts payable, receivables and releases.

Anastasiya “Stacy” Talyanker

Originally from Odessa, Ukraine, Anastasiya “Stacy” Talyanker, attended Florida Atlantic University and obtained a Bachelor of Arts in Criminal Justice in 2015, graduating in the top 25 of her class. Shortly after she attended University of Miami School of Law and obtained a certification in Florida Paralegal Studies.

Brooke Padgett

A former licensed nurse, Brooke Padgett recently became a paralegal in the constantly expanding universe of The Bush Law Group’s legal team. Her extensive background in triaging patients helps keep the Bush Law Group engine running smoothly with her problem-solving methods. Although organization and process are not Brooke’s only passions, they help drive her desire to see things done right for our clients. Brooke has settled very comfortably into the Litigation team where she owns the firm record for sending the most emails in one day.

Max Bianchi

Originally from Toronto, Ontario, Canada, Maximillian Bianchi attended Arizona State University and obtained a Bachelor of Business in Marketing in 2012. He received his Juris Doctorate degree from the Florida Coastal School of Law. Prior to joining The Bush Law Group, Mr. Bianchi practiced as an Insurance Defense attorney at a boutique firm in Toronto, Canada, where he represented companies in Personal Injury, Product Liability, Occupiers’ Liability, Motor Vehicle Accidents, Endorsement Contracts, and Sports Management.

Justin Murad

Justin Murad is a graduate of Suffolk University with a degree in Applied Legal Studies. Throughout college, he worked for an insurance agency helping the agents sell homeowners insurance and auto insurance up until graduating. After college, he worked for the City of Boston as a paralegal in the City’s Law Department working in the government division with cases ranging from parking appeals to zoning cases. Justin ran for Boston City Council in 2019.

Sydney Struck

Sydney A. Struck attended the University of North Florida and obtained a Bachelor of Arts in Criminal Justice and Communications in 2017. She began her career as a legal assistant and investigation assistant at the Fourth Judicial Circuit Public Defender’s Office assisting in felony and special defense cases.

Kaitlyn McKinnon

Originally from Maine, Kaitlyn McKinnon moved to Jacksonville, Florida in 2010 to receive her Associates of Science degree, while also obtaining her DCF certifications for Early Childhood Education. Kaitlyn was a pre-school teacher before beginning her career in the legal field as a legal assistant for a large insurance litigation firm and broadened her horizons by moving to a Real Estate firm, where she worked directly with clients on their Purchase and Sale of numerous properties, leases, and obtaining Title Commitments and Surveys.

Reagan Allen

Reagan N. Allen is the Administrative Assistant for the Bush Law Group, PA. She attended the University of North Florida and obtained a Bachelor of Arts in Intercultural Business Communication with a minor in Marketing in 2020. For three years prior to graduation, Reagan worked at a local nonprofit as a program and special events assistant.

Nicole Terrill

Nicole started her law practice working for a creditors collection firm where she litigated cases in courts all over of the state of Texas. Nicole later refined her complex litigation skills in the practice of Construction Law at a Downtown Dallas Litigation Firm. Before joining Bush Law Group, Nicole worked at a Civil Litigation Firm that focused on everything from business disputes, to construction cases to insurance litigation and many areas of law in between.

Stephanie Redding

Stephanie began her legal career in 2002 as a legal assistant in a general practice law firm in southern California. After relocating to Texas in 2004, Stephanie joined a Denton County law firm which specialized in plaintiff’s personal injury litigation. There, Stephanie handled catastrophic injury and wrongful death cases in all stages of litigation, and also acted as the firm’s office manager.
