Stephanie Redding

Paralegal

Stephanie Redding is a civil litigation paralegal who joined The Bush Law Group in 2022, bringing with her over 20 years of experience handling complex civil litigation cases in many areas of law.

Stephanie began her legal career in 2002 as a legal assistant in a general practice law firm in southern California. After relocating to Texas in 2004, Stephanie joined a Denton County law firm which specialized in plaintiff’s personal injury litigation. There, Stephanie handled catastrophic injury and wrongful death cases in all stages of litigation, and also acted as the firm’s office manager. In 2019, Stephanie joined a civil litigation firm which focused its practice on contract and construction disputes, insurance litigation, and many other general areas of civil practice. In her roles as both the senior litigation paralegal and office manager, Stephanie was responsible for handling a large volume of complex cases from pre-litigation through trial, as well as overseeing the firms’ day to day operations.

Stephanie is a self-described perfectionist (“the wrong type of apostrophe” drives her crazy, if that gives you any indication) with a memory she refers to as her “mind palace.” When it comes to her work-life, Stephanie loves writing and conducting research, and appreciates accounting software and excel formulas for saving her from doing math. As a mother of five children, she is also an expert at multitasking and managing chaos.

Stephanie is heavily involved in advocacy for autism acceptance, a cause which is dear to her heart. In her free time, she enjoys drawing, painting, listening to music, diving way too deeply into various fandoms, and spending time with her husband, her children, and their ever-increasing menagerie of pets.
